Department of Informatics
Establishment
The Department of Informatics was established with the decision of the Council of Higher Education dated 17 June 1997 and numbered 97.19.1429. The department became operational on December 1, 2015.
Our aim
The aim is to offer Computer Skills and Applications, Computer Skills and Applications-I, and Computer Skills and Applications-II courses.
Services
The Computer Skills and Applications, Computer Skills and Applications-I, and Computer Skills and Applications-II courses will be offered to all faculties, colleges, and vocational schools across the university. The Digital Transformation and Introduction to Cybersecurity courses will be offered as Common Electives.
The organization of various courses for academic and administrative staff. The organization of various courses for students and industry. The conduct of educational activities in a virtual environment.
